Lok Adalat on Sept 30
Mangaluru, Sept 12, 2021: Lok Adalat will be held in Dakshina Kannada district on September 30.
At the Mega Lok Adalat held in August, of the 14 11,192 eligible cases, 5,310 were solved. Under the NI Act, 211 cases were solved and Rs 3,57,06,682 was provided as compensation. In the cases related to Motor Vehicle Accidents, 329 cases were solved and Rs 8,96,57,166 was provided as compensation to the concerned persons.
District Legal Service Authority member secretary Prithviraj Varnekar has asked the people to make use of the Lok Adalat scheduled on September 30.
