Expert PU College starts Home Science from this academic year
Mangaluru, Aug 22, 2021: In yet another major initiative, Expert PU College will offer Home Science from this academic year.
The board of PU Education has granted permission to Expert P U College Mangalore to offer Home Science as a subject of study.
“For the benefit of the students aspiring to study medicine or do allied courses but find Mathematics hard, Expert P U College will offer Physics, Chemistry, Home Science and Biology ( PCHsB) combination,” Expert Group of Institutions Chairman Prof Narendra L Nayak said.
Students finding Mathematics hard will have to spend much time preparing for the board Mathematics exam in addition to NEET. They choose Mathematics though it is not a priority subject. Besides, competition among students writing NEET is at the national level as it is a national level eligibility test. So, to enable such students to choose Home Science, Expert College had applied for permission to offer this subject.
Now the Government has permitted the college to commence this combination this academic year.
