Sunil Kumar given charge of Udupi district
Udupi, Aug 04, 2021: Newly appointed Minister and Karkala MLA Sunil Kumar will be in charge of Udupi district to supervise Covid and flood relief works in Udupi district.
The government issued the list of the ministers and the respective districts of which they would hold charge to supervise flood and Covid works.
The list of ministers was finalized hours after the cabinet took an oath.
In the BSY government, Basavaraj Bommai held the additional charge of the Udupi district.
Kota Srinivas Poojary who was the in-charge minister of Dakshina Kannada has been given the responsibility of Kodagu. S Angara who held the charge of Chikkamagaluru will now hold the charge of Dakshina Kannada district.
