Chief Minister change, a media creation!
Udupi, July 25, 2021: While there is much discussion about change in the Chief Minister in Karnataka, state BJP chief Nalin Kumar Kateel claims he had never received any such message from the High Command.
“I have seen it only in the media and have not received any such message from the High Command,” he told reporters during his visit to Udupi on Sunday.
He was in Udupi to participate in the Paddy field rejuvenation program organised at Udupi.
Nalin went a step ahead by praising B S Yediyurappa.
“He has a great concern for farmers. He had tabled the first agriculture budget and also waived the loans,” he said.
Nalin Kumar Kateel shot back at former Siddaramaiah challenging BJP to make a Dalit leader a Chief Minister.
“When Congress came to power Siddaramaiah had clearly sidelined dalit leader G Parameshwar and later successfully burried the discussion on Dalit leader being elevated to the post of CM,” Nalin Kumar Kateel said.
“We have seen how BJP works. Modi government made Dalit leader as the Preisdent of India and about 30 percent of the ministers are from SC and ST community,” he said.
