Mangaluru, July 01, 2021: College of Hotel Management and Tourism of Srinivas University will organize an online cooking competition for aspiring chefs around the world on July 10.

The competition is for II-year PUC and 10+2 students who are aspiring to become future Chefs. They can showcase their talent on this occasion.

The menu will be mainly breakfast and its related dishes according to a press release.

Najeeb Kurungottu, Cluster General Manager, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Singapore, Pradeep Raman, General Manager, Baccarat Hotel, Newyork and Raghuprasad Pillai, Chairman, Emirates Culinary Guild, Abudhabi and Chanchal Shetty, Sous Chef, Fairmont Hotel, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canara will be the judges.
