Optical shops and Garages can remain open in Dakshina Kannada

Mangaluru, June 11, 2021: Dakshina Kannada will have some relaxation in lockdown.

Deputy Commissioner Dr. Rajendra K V has permitted optical shops and all garages and authorized vehicle service centers to resume work between 6 am and 12 noon. However, the restriction will continue for vehicle showrooms.

The issue had come up during a meeting headed by District In-charge Minister Kota Srinivas Poojary today. The Minister had directed the officials to allow optical shops and garages.
