COVID curfew in Canara districts

Mangaluru, April 28, 2021: With the commencement of the 14-day COVID Curfew, people in coastal districts preferred to be indoors in the coastal districts.
As the shops were allowed to open from 6 am to 10 am, people made all the purchases and returned home by 9.30 am. Mostly those who had urgent works and purchases were seen venturing outside.
People were seen standing in front of the shops to purchase the daily needs. Police officials kept a strict vigil on the people and vehicle movement.
