Rain likely to continue in Coastal Karnataka

Udupi, April 22, 2021: The Karnataka State Natural Disaster Management Cell (KSNDMC) has forecasted scattered to widespread very light to moderate rains & at isolated places heavy rains likely over South Interior Karnataka & Malnad districts.

Isolated to scattered very light to moderate rains is very likely to prevail over North Interior Karnataka and Coastal districts.

Thunderstorms with lightning is likely at isolated places over Karnataka, according to KSNDMC.

While places near Western Ghats are likely to experience moderate rainfall, other places in Dakshina Kannada is likely to experience light rainfall. Most of the areas in Udupi and Uttara Kannada districts and Mangaluru Moodabidri in Dakshina Kannada are likely to experience very light rainfall.
