Bike rider killed in an accident near Udupi
Udupi, Feb 28, 2021: A bike rider was killed in an accident on NH 66 at Gunmi today morning.
Dinesh Nayari was driving his car near Gunmi bus stand when a car overtook him and hit a bike rider from behind. Seeing the bike rider falling on his car, Dinesh stopped to give treatment to the bike rider.
However, the rider, later identified as Subhash Amin, was seriously injured and died on the spot.
According to the complaint, the car which hit Subhash was Stany Tauro.
A case under IPC Section 279 (Rash Driving or riding on a public way), 304 (A) (Causing death by negligence) has been registered at Kota Police Station.
