COVID-19: Sirsi records four cases

Karwar, Jan 04, 2021: Sirsi taluk recorded four COVID cases out of the total 11 recorded in Uttara Kannada on Monday.

Ankola and Haliyal had two cases each. Kumta, Siddapur, and Mundgod recorded one case each. No cases were reported from Honnavar, Bhatkal, Yellapur, and Joida.

As many as 26 patients who recovered were discharged today. Of the 67 active cases, 60 are at Home isolation and only seven are under treatment at hospitals (4 in Sirsi and one each in Ankola, Kumta, and Honnavar).

Total discharges: 14,051
Active cases: 67
Total death: 186
