Man booked for clicking photos of bathing girl
Mangaluru, Sept 30: An FIR has been registered against a person for clicking photos of a minor girl while she was bathing.
Police said that on Sept 26, the accused Shyam of Kalmadka village (Sullia Taluk) was clicking the photos of a minor girl while she was bathing.
The mother of the girl who noticed Shyam immediately tried to grab the mobile phone from him. However, Shyam escaped from the spot along with his mobile.
Shyam also tried to attack the victim’s father.
Based on the complaint by the girl’s mother, the Bellare police have booked a case under Section 10 and 14 of the POCSO Act and also Section 354 (C) of IPC.
