Dharmasthala Temple to open from June 1

Belthangady: The famous temple of Dharmasthala Sri Manjunatha Swamy will open for devotees from June 1.
A press statement by Dharmadhikari Dr. D Veerendra Heggade’s personal secretary A V Shetty stated that apart from following the government’s directives, the temple would also take various precautionary measures to ensure the safety of the devotees.
The temple has decided to take measures like ensuring social distancing during darshan, making compulsory the use of masks and sanitizers.
However, no decision has been taken yet on the boarding facility.
The temple will be open from 6 am to 1 pm and again from 5 pm to 8 pm.
