Holiday for Schools and PU Colleges in these Taluks in Uttara Kannada on Aug 3

Karwar, Aug 01, 2024: In response to heavy rainfall and orange alert in the region, the Uttara Kannada Deputy Commissioner has announced that schools and Pre-University (PU) colleges in the nine taluks will remain closed on Aug 03, 2024.

Holiday has been declared for government, aided, and private primary and high schools, along with PU colleges, ITI, and Diploma Courses in the taluks of Karwar, Ankola, Kumta, Honnavar, Bhatkal, Joida, Dandeli, Sirsi and Siddapura.
