Uttara Kannada: Holiday for Schools and PU College in these Taluks on Aug 2
Karwar, Aug 01, 2024: In response to heavy rainfall in the region, the Uttara Kannada Deputy Commissioner has announced that schools and Pre-University (PU) colleges in the seven taluks will remain closed on Aug 02, 2024.
Holiday has been declared for government, aided, and private primary and high schools, along with PU colleges, ITI, and Diploma Courses in the taluks of Karwar, Ankola, Kumta, Honnavar, Bhatkal, Joida and Dandeli.
