Govt revises COVID test rates

Bengaluru, Oct 16: The state government has revised the COVID test rates. The technical advisory committee has reconsidered the issue of fixation of rates for the COVID-19 tests to be charged by the private laboratories and has ordered to fix the rates of COVID-19 testing as follows:

The ceiling rates fixed includes screening and confirmatory tests as well as the cost of PPE Kit.

Minister Sudhakar who tweeted the new list has warned strict action against those found violating the revised rates.
