Dinesh Gundu Rao Oversees Successful Janata Darshan in Mangaluru
Mangaluru, September 25, 2023: Health and Family Welfare Minister and District In-charge, Dinesh Gundu Rao, announced that a remarkable total of 366 applications were received during the inaugural Janata Darshan held today.
Minister Rao stressed the significance of giving due attention to the applications received, urging authorities to respond promptly and provide timely relief to those seeking assistance. He emphasized that this responsiveness is essential for citizens to feel that the government is actively addressing their concerns.
He issued directives for clear instructions to be provided on the applications regarding the action to be taken for all 366 received. He also revealed plans for future Janata Darshan sessions to be conducted in all taluks of the district, aiming to ensure the timely fulfillment of public requests and legitimate demands.
“Delays should not be tolerated, and citizens should not face unnecessary hurdles in their endeavors. Steps must be taken to prevent any form of inconvenience or harassment,” asserted Minister Rao.
He praised the Chief Minister’s initiative to establish the Janaspandana program as a year-round endeavor, aimed at expediting administrative processes. Rao commended the dedication of various department officials, including the Deputy Commissioner, Zilla Panchayat CEO, and police officers, in ensuring the program’s success.
MLA Ashok Kumar Rai, MLC Harish Kumar, DC Mullai Muhilan, ZP CEO Dr. Anandh, City Police Commissioner Anupam Argawal, SP Rishyant along with numerous district-level officials and hundreds of engaged participants were present.
