‘Jago Kisan’ campaign by SDPI

Mangaluru, Oct 14: Strongly opposing the anti-farmer legislation passed by the central and state governments, the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) will organize a massive national level campaign – “Jago Kisan.”

The campaign will be held with the slogan ‘Krishi Samhara-BJP Hunnara.’

As part of this campaign, the party will hold various types of campaigns in Dakshina Kannada district including pamphlet distribution, meetings with farmers and like-minded organizations, and also Padayatra.

The inauguration of the campaign will be held uniquely at Kombar village in Kadaba Taluk.
The campaign will end by holding human chain in various parts of the district on October 31 at 11 am, Jago Kisan Campaign district incharge Antony P D stated in a press statement.
