20 year old commits suicide in Udupi
Udupi, Oct 02: A person committed suicide by hanging himself at his house on Thursday afternoon.
Police said that Akshay Kumar (20) was working at a Hardware shop. But after COVID pandemic and the lockdown was at home for the last three months.
He had turned silent and was under depression.
On October 1, between 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm, he committed suicide by hanging in his room.
While the family members who came to know about this immediately took him to a private hospital in Brahmavar, the doctors declared him dead.
Brahmavar police have filed the case under Section 174 of CRPC.
