Srinivas University: Dr Rajendra inaugurates Advanced Therapeutic Equipment
Mangaluru, March 08, 2022: Dakshina Kannada district Deputy Commissioner Dr. Rajendra K V inaugurated the advanced therapeutic equipment in Physiotherapy at Srinivas University Pandeshwar Campus on March 7.
The program was organized by the Institute of Physiotherapy.

Dr. CA. A Raghavendra Rao, Chancellor of Srinivas University and President, A . Shama Rao Foundation presided over the function.
RPMS helps to alleviate all kinds of acute and chronic orthopedic-related pain including cancer pain and cure patients suffering from post-partum stress urinary incontinence and age-related urge incontinence. Decompression Spinal Therapy Unit is an advanced therapeutic unit that delivers traction to the individual spinal segment and relieves nerve compression and thereby reducing disk herniation.
Dr. A. Srinivas Rao, Pro-Chancellor, Srinivas University, and Vice President, A. Shama Rao Foundation was the guest of honor. Dr. P.S Aithal, Vice-chancellor, Srinivas University, Dr. Sathya Sai Kumar, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Srinivas University, Dr. Anil Kumar, Registrar, Srinivas University and Dr. Ajay Kumar, Registrar Development, Srinivas University. Deans of various colleges were present.

The new equipment include Repetitive Peripheral Magnetic Stimulation (RPMS) and Decompression Spinal Therapy Unit.
