Coaches of two trains on Konkan route to be augmented

Udupi, Nov 01: It has been decided to augment coaches on a temporary basis in two trains to clear extra
rush of passengers during Deepawali Festival 2021.

A) Train no 06585 / 06586 Krantivira Sangolli Rayanna Bengaluru Station – Karwar – Krantivira Sangolli Rayanna Bengaluru Station Daily Express Special:

One sleeper coach is augmented to the existing composition of 14 coaches. The train will run with a revised composition of 15 coaches.

1. Train no 06585 Krantivira Sangolli Rayanna Bengaluru Station – Karwar Daily Express Special. ex. Krantivira Sangolli Rayanna Bengaluru Station from Oct 31 to Nov 5.
2. Train no 06586 Karwar – Krantivira Sangolli Rayanna Bengaluru Station Daily Express Special. ex. Karwar from Nov 1 to Nov 6.

B) Train no 02779 / 02780 Vasco Da Gama – H. Nizamuddin – Vasco Da Gama Daily Special:

One Three Tier AC Coach is augmented to the existing composition of 20 coaches. The train will run with a revised composition of 21 coaches on the following days:

1. Train no. 02779 Vasco Da Gama – H. Nizamuddin Daily Special ex. Vasco Da Gama from October 31 to Nov 7.
2. Train no. 02780 H. Nizamuddin – Vasco Da Gama Daily Special ex. H. Nizamuddin from Nov 2 to 9.
