Diwali special trains on Konkan route
Udupi, Nov 01: In order to clear extra rush of rail passengers during Deepavali festival, Central Railway in co-oridnation with Konkan Railway has decided to run Reserved Special Train on Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Thivim and Panvel-Thivim route.
Train no. 01257 / 01258 Lokmanya Tilak (T) – Thivim – Lokmanya Tilak (T) Special (Fully Reserved) :
- Train no. 01257 Lokmanya Tilak (T) – Thivim Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Lokmanya Tilak (T) at 5.33 am on November 3 and reach Thivim at 4.50 pm on the same day.
- Train no. 01258 Thivim – Lokmanya Tilak (T) Special (Fully Reserved) will leave Thivim at 5.30 pm on Nov 4. It will reach Lokmanya Tilak (T) at 3.45 am on the next day.
The Train will halt at Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal and Sawantwadi Road.
Composition: Total 22 LHB Coaches = Second Seating – 20 Coaches, Generator Car – 02.
Train no. 01259 / 01260 Panvel – Thivim – Panvel Special (Fully Reserved) :
- Train no. Train no. 01259 Panvel – Thivim Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Panvel at 6.15 am on Nov 4 and reach Thivim at 4.50 pm on the same day.
- Train no. Train no. 01260 Thivim – Panvel Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Thivim at 5.30 pm on Nov 3. Train will reach Panvel at 3.20 am on the next day.
Train will halt at Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal and Sawantwadi Road.
