Industries and Real Estate Sector contribute to set up Oxygen unit at Lady Goschen
Mangaluru, May 13, 2021: CREDAI- Mangaluru which is sponsoring the Oxygen Plant at Lady Goschen Hospital along with other industries and associations handed over a cheque of ₹ 41.86 lakh to the District Administration today.
CREDAI-Mangaluru has decided to sponsor the entire amount of ₹84 lakh to set up the Oxygen plant at Lady Goschen Hospital. As part of this, CREDAI president Pushparaj Jain handed over the money to the district administration today in the presence of BJP state president and MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, District Incharge Minister Kota Srinivas Poojary, Mangaluru City South Vedavyas Kamath and MUDA president Ravishankar Mijar.
“There is a shortage of Oxygen in the country and the government plans to start an Oxygen unit. CREDAI-Mangaluru has decided to sponsor the entire amount needed for this. We have handed over the first half amount. The remaining will be handed over within a month,” Pushparaj Jain said.
M/s Summits Medical is setting up an Oxygen unit at the hospital at a cost of ₹ 84 lakh.
