Minor girl sexually assaulted
Mangaluru, Dec 14, 2020: A minor girl was sexually assaulted in Sullia on December 10.
Police said that the accused Anil assured a girl to teach her cycling. Anil is a known person to the victim’s father and so the latter sent the girl with him without any suspicion.
But Anil allegedly sexually assaulted the girl. When she returned home, the mother who grew suspicious questioned and the girl narrated the horror.
The victim’s mother has filed a complaint at the police station. Based on this the police have filed a case under IPC Section 376 and POCSO Act Section 5(F)(M), 6 and 10.
