Holiday Declared for Schools and Anganwadis in Udupi on July 17 Due to Heavy Rainfall

Udupi, July 16, 2025: Owing to persistent heavy rains in the district, Udupi Deputy Commissioner Swaroopa T.K. has declared a holiday for all Anganwadi centres and schools from Class 1 to Class 10 on Thursday, July 17, 2025.

The holiday will be applicable to government, aided, and private primary and high schools across the district. The precautionary move has been made to safeguard the well-being of students and staff amidst the ongoing adverse weather conditions.
