Revised Property Taxes and Fees Announced for Badagabettu Gram Panchayat
Udupi, Aug 22, 2024: The Badagabettu Gram Panchayat has announced a revision in property taxes, land taxes, and other fees effective from April 1 of the current fiscal year. The updated tax assessment list has been made available for review.
Property owners and stakeholders are invited to submit written objections along with supporting documents if they have any concerns regarding the revised tax rates or ownership details. These objections must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the announcement to the Badagabettu Gram Panchayat office during office hours.
Objections received after the stipulated period will not be considered, and the revised tax assessment list will be finalized as per the regulations, according to the notice issued by the Badagabettu Gram Panchayat office.
