Grama One Sports Fest 2023 Kicks Off with Enthusiasm in Udupi
Udupi, Dec 21, 2023: Dr. Vidya Kumari, the Deputy Commissioner of Udupi, emphasized the pivotal role of Grama One Centres in effectively delivering the government’s new schemes to citizens. She shared these thoughts during the inauguration of the district-level sports festival, “Grama One Sports Fest- 2023,” held at SMS Grounds in Brahmavar on Thursday.
Highlighting the successful provision of services to citizens through Grama One Centers, Dr. Vidya Kumari encouraged the staff of these centers, which daily serve the district’s residents with government services, to actively engage in sports activities as a means to alleviate stress.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Mamta Devi G., Kundapur Assistant Commissioner Rashmi R., Brahmavar Taluk Tahsildar Srikanth Hegde, and others were present.
Navesh Kumar, the District Project Manager for Seva Sindhu/Grama One, welcomed the gathering and Nagesh, the Grama One district coordinator proposed the vote of thanks.
