Cultural Extravaganza: Kalak-2023 Shines Bright at Srinivas University
Mangaluru, September 08, 2023: Srinivas University’s Institute of Port Shipping and Logistics Management brought vibrant cultural celebrations to life at Kalak-2023, held at the city campus in Pandeshwar on September 6.
Vice Chancellor Dr PS Aital inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp and extending his best wishes to all participants.
The occasion was graced by the presence of distinguished personalities including Dr. Sonia Noronha, Dean of the Institute of Port Shipping and Logistics Management, Prof. Venkatesh Amin, Dean of the Institute of Commerce and Management, Prof. Nelson Pirera, Head of Port and Shipment, Prof. Sagar, Head of the MBA Department, along with other faculty members.
The festivities included a lively array of activities such as Pookkalam (a floral carpet arrangement), captivating dance performances by the talented students, an exhilarating pot-breaking ceremony, and a spirited tug of war competition.
The enthusiastic participation of students from various departments added to the vibrant atmosphere, creating a sense of celebration and camaraderie.
