Srinivas University’s annual sports meet sees enthusiastic participation from students
Mangaluru, March 21, 2023: Srinivas University Annual Sports Meet was held with great enthusiasm and fervor at Mangala Stadium in Mangalore today.
Mangaluru City DCP (L&O) Anshu Kumar, who was the chief guest hoisted the flag and inaugurated the program by lighting the Olympic torch.
Speaking on the occasion, he expressed pride in seeing so many enthusiastic students participating in the sports meet.
Pro-Chancellor of Srinivas University, Dr. Srinivas Rao, presided over the event.
He was thrilled to see the students’ performances and advised them to make use of every opportunity to achieve their goals.
The ceremony was attended by the Srinivas University Board of Governors Members Vijayalakshmi R. Rao and Prof A. Mitra S. Rao, Vice Chancellor Dr. P.S. Aithal, and Registrar Dr. Anilkumar.
Srinivas University Evaluation Registrar Dr. Srinivas Maya welcomed the gathering, while Development Registrar Dr. Ajay Kumar delivered the vote of thanks.
Students from various departments of the university participated in the event, which provided a platform to showcase their sporting skills and talents.
