Udupi: Adani Total Gas reduces CNG price
Udupi, Sept 06, 2022: Following the reduction in VAT on Compressed Natural Gas by the Karnataka Government, Adani Total Gas, has reduced its CNG price by Rs 6.42 per Kg in Udupi with effect from Sept 3 midnight.
Adani Total Gas has welcomed the decision of the Government of Karnataka wherein VAT has been reduced from 14.5% to 5% on Sale of Compressed Natural Gas.
“The revised delivered prices of CNG will be Rs 72.89 per Kg, which will result in considerable savings for the consumers we serve. The earlier rate of CNG in Udupi were Rs 79.31 per kg,” a press statement from ATGL stated.
ATGL supplies PNG to Domestic, Commercial, Industrial and CNG across the country with 5.6 lakhs plus Domestic Customer, 4 thousand plus commercial customers, 1800 industrial customers and 349 CNG stations.
There are five CNG stations in Udupi.
