Yogasana Camp at Ramakrishna Math from Sept 12
Mangaluru, Sept 05, 2022: Ramakrishna Math, Mangaladevi, will conduct a Yogasana Camp for 15 days starting from Sept 12.
The camp will be held from 5.45 pm to 7.00 pm.
Trainers from the Dept of Yogic Science, Mangalore University will guide the participants with various Asanas, Surya Namaskar, Pranayama and Meditation. Interested participants have to register their names.
