Heavy rain, thunderstorm likely in Coastal districts
Udupi, Sept 01, 2022: IMD has issued heavy rainfall, thunderstorm warning for Coastal Karnataka districts.
The IMD bulletin warns heavy rain (64.5 mm to 115.5 mm) at isolated places over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka till Sept 2 morning. Thunderstorm with lightning is also likely at isolated places over Udupi, Uttara Kannada and Dakshina Kannada.
Thunderstorm with lightning is likely till Sept 4 morning. For the next two days (till Sept 6 morning) isolated places in the three districts are likely to experience heavy rain.
