Clear all files within time frame: Dr Rajendra
Mangaluru, Feb 25, 2022: Deputy Commissioner Dr. Rajendra KV directed the officials to take the special file clearance drive seriously and clear the files within the time frame.
“Strict action will be taken against the officials who do not take the campaign seriously,” he warned during the virtual meeting with the officials on Friday.
“Officials of all the departments should participate in the drive. The officials should set a time to clear the old pending files, complaints, service applications and stick to the deadline. If any files cannot be cleared, they should be brought to the notice of the district administration by the respective departments,” he said.
He asked all the departments to achieve 100 percent in clearing the files.
“Disciplinary action will be initiated against those who do not take this seriously,” he added.
Zilla Panchayat CEO Dr. Kumar said that only the revenue and rural development departments have achieved 85 percent till now.
“Other departments too should follow. In those departments where the work is still pending the officials should work even on holidays- Feb 26 and 27 and complete their works,” he added.
