Gold worth 6.27 lakh seized at Mangaluru Airport
Mangaluru, Feb 06, 2022: Customs officials at Mangaluru International Airport seized gold worth Rs 6.27 lakh on Feb 6.
Officials said that 127 gram gold valued at 6,27,380 was smuggled in the form of powder by a passenger coming from Dubai. It was concealed inside the hollow portion of lipstick pencil in the check-in baggage.
