Derailment of goods train at Aluva: Trains rescheduled, partially cancelled

Mangaluru, Jan 28, 2022: Due to the derailment of a goods train at Aluva in Thiruvananthapuram Division on Jan 28, three trains have been rescheduled, five trains partially cancelled and five trains short terminated.

Rescheduled:

1. The service of Train No. 22149 Ernakulam-Pune Bi-Weekly Superfast Express is rescheduled to leave Ernakulam Junction at 12.30 pm on Jan 28.
2. The service of Train No.12678 Ernakulam Junction – KSR Bengaluru Intercity Express is rescheduled to leave Ernakulam Junction at 12.45 pm on Jan 28.
3. The service of Train No. 12522 Ernakulam – Barauni Junction Raptisagar Express is rescheduled to leave Ernakulam Junction at 1 pm on Jan 28.
4. The service of Train No.16316 Kochuveli – Mysuru Express scheduled to leave Kochuveli at 4.45 pm on Jan 28 is rescheduled to leave Kochuveli at 7 pm on the same day.
5. The service of Train No.16338 Ernakulam Junction – Okha Bi-Weekly Express scheduled to leave Ernakulam Junction at 8.25 pm on Jan 28 is rescheduled to leave Ernakulam Junction at 9 pm on the same day.
6. The service of Train No.12258 Kochuveli – Yesvantpur Tri-Weekly Garib Rath Express scheduled to leave at 5 pm on January 28 is rescheduled to leave at 9.30 pm on the same day.
7. The service of  Train No.22640 Alappuzha – Chennai Central  Express scheduled to leave at 4.05 on Jan 28 is rescheduled to leave at 6.30 pm on the same day.

SHORT TERMINATION

1. The service of Train No.12076  Thiruvananthapuram –  Kozhikode Jan Shatabdi Express will be short terminated at Ernakulam Junction on Jan 28.
2. The service of  Train No.16606 Nagercoil Junction –Mangaluru Central  Ernad Express will be short terminated at Kumbalam on Jan 28.
3. The service of Train No. 16791 Tirunelveli-Palakkad Junction Palaruvi Express which left Tirunelveli Junction on Jan 27 will be short terminated at Trippunittura.
4. The service of Train No. 16650 Nagercoil Junction-Mangaluru Central Parasuram Express will be short terminated at Vaikom Road on Jan 28.
5. The service of Train No.16302 Thiruvananthapuram Central- Shoranur Junction  Venad Express will be short terminated at Ernakulam Junction on  Jan 28.
6. The service of Train No.16649  Mangaluru Central  – Nagercoil Parasuram  Express of  Jan 28 will be short terminated at Angamali, in return the train will work as the service of Train No. 06649 Angamali- Mangaluru Central Passenger special with the stoppage of Train No.16649  Mangaluru Central  – Nagercoil Parasuram  Express.
7. The service of Train No.16605 Mangaluru Central – Nagercoil Ernad Express of Jan 28 will be short terminated at Ollur and in return the train will work as a Passenger special with the Train No. 06605 Ollur- Mangaluru Central with the stoppage of Train No.16605 Mangaluru Central- Nagercoil Ernad Express.

PARTIAL CANCELLATION

1. The service of   Train No. 12075 Kozhikode – Thiruvananthapuram Central Jan Shatabdi Express will be partially cancelled between Kozhikode and Ernakulam Junction on Jan 28.

2. The service of Train No. 16792 Palakkad Junction -Tirunelveli Palaruvi Express will be partially cancelled between Palakkad Junction and Trippunittura on Jan 28.

3.  The service of Train No.16301 Shoranur Junction – Thiruvananthapuram Central Venad Express will be partially cancelled between Shoranur Junction and Ernakulam Junction.

4.  The service of  Train No.16308 Kannur – Alappuzha  Daily Executive Express will be partially cancelled between Shoranur Junction and  Alappuzha on Jan 28.

TRAIN SERVICE FULLY CANCELLED

1. The service of  Train No.16307  Alappuzha – Kannur Daily Executive Express is fully cancelled on Jan 28. 
2. The service of Train No.06018 Ernakulam – Shoranur Junction Unreserved MEMU Express of Jan 28 is fully cancelled.
3. The service of Train No.12082 Thiruvananthapuram – Kannur Janshatabdi Express of Jan 28 is fully cancelled.
4. The service of Train No.12081 Kannur – Thiruvananthapuram Janshatabdi Express of Jan 29 is fully cancelled.

Due to the late running of the pairing train, the following train services have been rescheduled as detailed below:

1. The service of Train No.12620 Mangaluru Central- Mumbai Lokmanya Tilak  Matsyagandha Express scheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 14.15 hrs. on 28. 01.2022(Friday) is rescheduled to leave at 19.15 hrs. on 28.01.2022(today).

2. The service of Train No. 22638 Mangaluru Central- Chennai Central West Coast Express scheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 23.45 hrs. on 28.01.2022(Friday) is rescheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 01.15 hrs. on 29.01.2022(Saturday)
