Udupi: 53,555 children of 15-18 years to be vaccinated
Udupi, Jan 01, 2022: Udupi district administration has identified 53,555 children of the 15-18 age group for Covid vaccination.
Officials have marked 434 vaccination centers. This includes 309 Highschools, 104 PU Colleges, 21 it is, and other institutions.
Those children born in 2007 or before are eligible for vaccination. They will be given the vaccination in their respective educational institution. For the dropouts officials have arranged vaccination at the nearest institution. They should provide their Ration Card or Aadhar card with their mobile number.
Children can register on the Cowin portal through Parent’s or Teacher’s mobile.
A nodal officer has been appointed in every institution. Children or parents can contact the respective nodal officer, head of the educational institution, or health officials.
