Precaution dose for frontline and healthcare workers from Jan 10
New Delhi, Dec 25, 2021: Covid vaccination for 15-18 age group will start from January 3.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared this while addressing the nation on Saturday late evening.
“The frontline and healthcare workers have been playing an active role in the fight against Covid. They spend a lot of time with the Covid patients. Considering this, the government has decided to provide precaution dose to the frontline and healthcare workers from January 10,” Modi said.He added that those above 60 years with comorbidities can get the precaution dose on doctor’s advice.
