Nalin asks officials not to delay smart city works
Mangaluru, Oct 25, 2021: Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel directed the officials to complete the Smart City works within the timeframe.
Nalin chaired the meeting to review the works undertaken under the Mangaluru Smart City Project today.
“Officials should ensure that the people do not face problems due to the road or other works related to the Smart City project. Works should be completed within the timeframe. The concerned officials should be present at the spot and supervise the work,” he said.
Deputy Commissioner Dr. Rajendra K V directed the officials to put up signboards on the AB Shetty Circle Road providing necessary information to the public.
The meeting also held discussions on Water Front Project, Mangala Cornish Road, Multi-level car parking, and other developmental projects.
District Incharge Secretary V Ponnuraj, Mangaluru Mayor Premanand Shetty, MCC Commissioner Akshy Shridhar, Mangaluru Smart City Managing Director Prashanth Mishra were present at the meeting.
