Vedavyas Kamath requests CM to lift weekend curfew in Dakshina Kannada

Mangaluru, Sept 03, 2021: Mangaluru City South MLA Vedavyas Kamath and Minister Kota Srinivas Poojary have requested the Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai to lift the weekend curfew in Dakshina Kannada district.
The two leaders met the Chief Minister at Bengaluru.

“Mangaluru is the center of commercial activities. By withdrawing the weekend curfew people can involve in their daily activities. It will also help the daily wage laborers, auto rickshaw drivers, bus employees and small time laborers,” the leaders told the Chief Minister.

MLA Kamath has requested the people to voluntarily follow the Covid preventive measures and help in controlling the pandemic.
