Konkan Railway Users Consultative Committee meeting held

Udupi, Aug 28, 2021: Konkan Railway Users Consultative Committee (KRUCC) meeting was held on August 27 virtually.
Dr. Vikas Mahatme, Rajya Sabha MP presided over the meeting.

Discussions on improving passenger traffic services and freight over the Konkan Railway route were held.

Members of the Konkan Railway Users Consultative Committee provided suggestions on enhancing the capacity of Konkan Railway.

Sanjay Gupta CMD / KRCL gave a detailed presentation highlighting the current financial situation of Konkan Railway, works of capacity enhancement, passenger amenities, the introduction of new trains, and additional halts on the Konkan Railway route.
