CM to review Covid situation in DK, Udupi
Udupi, Aug 11, 2021: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai will be on his two-day tour to Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts on August 12 and 13.
This is his first visit after taking charge as the Chief Minister.
During his tour, the Chief Minister will participate in the Bhoomi Poojan of the new building of Udupi district and also hold review meetings on Covid situation in the region.
Bommai will land at Mangaluru International Airport at 11 am. In Zilla Panchayat’s Netravathi hall he will chair a review meeting on the Covid situation.
He will participate in the Bhoomi Poojan of the new building of Udupi district hospital at 3.30 pm and then will review the steps taken to tackle Covid in the district.
Bommai will return to Mangaluru and stay there. On the next day at 8 am the Chief Minister will go to the checkposts at the Kerala-Karnataka border. He will then leave for Bengaluru at 11.30 pm
