Train services resume on Konkan route

Udupi, July 24, 2021: Train service on the Konkan route have been restored on Saturday.

Train movement was affected after the water level on Vashishti river between Chiplun and Kamthe station of Ratnagiri rose above danger level two days ago.

The Konkan Railway had diverted and canceled the trains.

The restoration work was completed after the water receded. Train service has resumed after receiving the track fit certificate at 3.45 am.

With the traffic on Konkan Railway being restored it has been decided by Central
Railway, Southern Railway, Northern Railway & South Western Railway to restore (earlier
cancelled by Central Railway), cancel, partial cancel & reschedule the services following Special
Trains :

Restoration of the Services of Special Trains :

1) Train no. 01003 Dadar – Sawantwadi Road Daily Special which was cancelled earlier from
24/07/2021 to 27/07/2021 is now restored from 25/07/2021 to 27/07/2021.
2) Train no. 01004 Sawantwadi Road – Dadar Daily Special which was cancelled earlier from
25/07/2021 to 28/07/2021 is now restored.
3) Train no. 01133 Mumbai CSMT – Mangaluru Jn. Daily Special which was cancelled earlier
from 24/07/2021 to 27/07/2021 is now restored from 25/07/2021 to 27/07/2021.
4) Train no. 01134 Mangaluru Jn. – Mumbai CSMT Daily Special which was cancelled earlier
from 25/07/2021 to 28/07/2021 is now restored from 26/07/2021 to 28/07/2021.
5) Train no. 01151 Mumbai CSMT – Madgaon Daily Special which was cancelled earlier from
24/07/2021 to 27/07/2021 is now restored from 25/07/2021 to 27/07/2021.
6) Train no. 01152 Madgaon – Mumbai CSMT Daily Special which was cancelled earlier from
25/07/2021 to 28/07/2021 is now restored from 26/07/2021 to 28/07/2021.
7) Train no. 01111 Mumbai CSMT – Madgaon Daily Special which was cancelled earlier from
24/07/2021 to 28/07/2021 is now restored.
8) Train no. 01112 Madgaon – Mumbai CSMT Daily Special which was cancelled earlier from
24/07/2021 to 27/07/2021 is now restored.
9) Train no. 01113 Mumbai CSMT – Madgaon Daily Special which was cancelled earlier from
25/07/2021 to 28/07/2021 is now restored.
10) Train no. 01114 Madgaon – Mumbai CSMT Daily Special which was cancelled earlier from
