Door to Door health survey in Uttara Kannada district
Karwar, May 31, 2021: A team comprising ASHA workers and junior health assistants will conduct door to door survey and conduct swab tests of those with Covid symptoms in Uttara Kannada district.
Giving details about this program, Deputy Commissioner Mullai Muhilan asked the public not to hide anything and cooperate with the district administration by providing all the necessary details.

“People should not hide the health issues. They should not involve in self-medication. The team will carry with them pulse oximeter and conduct test for the Comorbid and Senior Citizens,” he said.

“The number of recoveries is increasing and the number of cases and deaths are seeing a downward trend. The goal of the administration is to achieve 0% death rate,” he added.
Superintendent of Police Shivaprakash Devaraju thanked the people for their cooperation during the lockdown.
