Narasimha Jayanthi celebration concludes at Subrahmanya Matha

Mangaluru, May 27, 2021: The three-day-long Narasimha Jayanthi celebration at Subrahmanya Matha concluded today with ‘Avabrutotsava.’

Sri Vidyaprasanna Tirtha Sripadaru offered Pooja to Sri Lakshmi Narasimha and other deities at the Matha. The idol of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha was then taken to the newly built pond in the Matha premises.

Usually, the Avabrutotsava (the grand bath) is held at the river every year, this year it was done at the Math premises due to Covid and lockdown restrictions.

‘Tottilu Pooje,’ was held later marking the conclusion of the three-day-long grand celebration.
