Rain damages house damaged in Udupi
Udupi, April 30, 2021: A house in Brahmavar taluk in Udupi district was damaged due to rain on April 29.
Officials said that the house of Lakshmi of Aroor village was damaged after a tree fell on the house due to heavy rain accompanied by wind on April 29.
The loss is estimated to be around ₹ 45,000.
Meanwhile, a resident of Kalarkalabettu of Udupi Taluk was injured when a branch fell on him two days ago.
Coastal districts are experiencing rain and thundershowers since April first week.
