Bengre bandh on April 5
Mangaluru, April 04, 2021: Strongly opposing the Coastal Berth work proposed at Bengre, Al Madrasatul Deneya, Bengre Kasba, Mangaluru, along with various religious, social, and political organizations have called for a protest and Bengre Bandh on April 5.
The berth is proposed under the Sagarmala Project of the Union Government. The bandh and protest will be held from 8 am, according to Mangaluru City Corporation Corporator Munib Bengre.
