Discipline and informed decision, the key to success in financial investment: CA Rowena Dsouza

Mangaluru, March 31, 2021: Emphasizing the importance of investment, Rowena Dsouza, Chartered Accountant (CA) at Ernst and suggested the students to start investing at a young age.

“Starting from your first paycheck, at least 20 % of your monthly salary must be directed towards investment”, Rowena Dsouza said.

St Agnes College (Autonomous) in association with Mangalore University Commerce Teachers Association (MUCTA) and Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund organized the ‘Investor Awareness Programme’ on Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, Principal Sr Dr. M Venissa A C highlighted the importance of financial literacy.

Other resource persons included Manoj Louis, General Secretary of MUCTA, Naveen Julian Rego, Certified Financial Planner, and SEBI Registered Investment Adviser, Leo Amal, Branch Manager of Franklin Templeton Asset Management Pvt Ltd., Sapna Shenoy, Investment Service Professional, and Elston Menezer, Financial Advisor.
