Shirva, March 01, 2021: “Modern world is completely digitalized. The development of technology has led to the inventions of new ideas, better amenities, and luxurious lifestyles. Many achievements connected to the internet have changed the way of life. Learning of such technology helps to enhance the research spirit among students,” said Dr Raghavendra S, Associate Professor of Computer Science & Engineering Department, Sri Madhwa Vadiraja Institution of Technology & Management, Bantakal

He was the resource person at the Worshop on Mini Project Development at St Mary’s College, Shirva.

The workshop is being held at Fr Henry Castelino auditorium on March 1 and 2 as part of the memorandum of understanding of Sri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, Bantakal and St Mary’s College, Shirva to provide free training and campus placement related information to the final year BCA students of the college.

Dr. Herald Ivan Monis, Principal St Mary’s College who presided over the event opined that the workshop will help students to understand the latest technologies in the IT industry and to develop advanced technology in the future.

Lieutenant K. Praveen Kumar, Head of Computer Science Department spoke about the main objective of this workshop.

Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Coordinator Sarathkumar, Sahana, Senior Assistant Professor, Sri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology, Lecturers Prakash, Sushma, Divyashree, students of Computer Science Department, teaching and non-teaching members were present.

Priyanka of II BCA proposed a vote of thanks, Sristi of II BCA introduced the Chief Guest and the resource person. Faiza Bhanu of I BCA compered the workshop.
