Coconut plucker falls to death in Kundapur
Udupi, Jan 25, 2021: A coconut plucker died while being taken to hospital after he accidentally fell from the tree on Sunday.
The incident took place at Cherki of Haladi village at 8.30 am on Sunday.
Uday Kulal (42), was plucking coconut at the house of Mahabala Naika when his hand accidentally slipped and Kulal fell from the tree.
He was immediately taken to Haladi Govt Hospital. He died on the way to Kundapur hospital.
