Running of additional special express train
Mangaluru, Dec 06, 2020: South Western Railway has decided to run following additional special express trains with normal fare as detailed below:-
The service of Train No. 06515/06516 KSR Bengaluru – Mangaluru Central – KSR Bengaluru 4 days a week Special Express:-
The service of Train No. 06515 KSR Bengaluru – Mangaluru Central 4 days a week Special Express will depart from KSR Bengaluru at 10:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday with effect from Dec 8 to Dec 24 and arrive Mangaluru Central at 8:35 am on the next day.
Enroute the train will arrive/depart Yesvantpur – 22:40/22:42 hrs, Kunigal – 11:39/11:40 pm, B.G. Nagar – 12:04/12:05 am, Shravanabelagola – 12:29/12:30 am, Channarayapatna – 12:39/12:40 am, Hassan – 01:40/01:45 am, Sakleshpur – 02:40/02:45 am, Subrahmanya Road – 05:35/05:40 am, Kabakputtur – 06:23/06:25 am, Bantawala – 06:53/06:55 am and Mangaluru Jn. – 07:30/07:40 am.
In the return direction, the service of Train No. 06516 Mangaluru Central – KSR Bengaluru 4 days a week Special Express will depart from Mangaluru Central at 8:10 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday with effect from December 9 to 25 and arrive KSR Bengaluru at 07:00 am on the next day.
Enroute the train will arrive/depart Mangaluru Jn. – 8:23/8:25 pm, Bantawala – 8:54/8:55 pm, Kabakputtur – 9:19/9:20 pm, Subrahmanya Road – 10:10/10:15 pm, Sakleshpur – 01:45/01:50 am, Hassan – 02:55/03:00 am, Channarayapatna – 03:44/03:45 am, B. G. Nagar – 04:29/04:30 am, Kunigal – 04:59/05:00 am and Yesvantpur – 06:28/06:30 am.
Coach composition:
One AC 2-tier Coach, ONE AC 3-tier Coach, seven second class sleeper coaches, four general second class coaches and two second class with luggage cum break-vans.
