Udupi district records 42 COVID cases on Sunday

Udupi, Nov 08: Udupi district recorded 42 new cases on Sunday. While Udupi taluk recorded 29 cases, Kundapur and Karkala saw a considerable dip in the number with 6 and 7 cases respectively.

Of the total 42 patients, only two are admitted to hospital and all the other 40 are under Home Isolation.

With 41 discharges today, the total number of active cases in the district stands at 378.
